SwiftXpress is an online marketplace that connects buyers and vendors. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make purchases, or list products. You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@swiftxpress.com.ng if you suspect unauthorised access. One person may not operate multiple buyer accounts.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. SwiftXpress processes payments through Paystack and Flutterwave. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
Delivery timelines are estimates. SwiftXpress and its logistics partners are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, incorrect addresses, or unavailability of the recipient. Delivery fees are non-refundable once dispatch has begun.
Our returns policy allows 7-day returns for eligible items. Full details are available in our Returns & Shipping Policy. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Vendors must list only genuine, legal products. False product descriptions, price manipulation, and review fraud are grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action. SwiftXpress charges a commission on successful transactions.
All content on SwiftXpress — including logos, design, code, and written content — is owned by SwiftXpress Technologies Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
SwiftXpress is a marketplace platform. We are not the seller of most products listed. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Lagos State courts.
